About Dennis:
Legal Scholar: Dennis has just completed the final term of his Juris Doctor program at the University of New
South Wales, and he is pursuing a graduate diploma in Legal Studies through the College of Law. His
commitment to legal excellence is unwavering, and we are excited to witness his transition from student to legal
professional.

Navigating Legal Waters: Dennis’s expertise lies in employment and workplace matters. His deep
understanding of the challenges faced by employers and employees positions him as a valuable asset to our legal
team. Leveraging his practical experience, Dennis adeptly navigates legal complexities with precision and care.
Global HR Insights: Before joining TLB Law & Co, Dennis spent over nine years as an HR generalist in both
Sydney and Hong Kong. His corporate journey included roles within large corporations, where he honed his
skills in handling complex staffing issues such as performance management, recruitment, compensation, and
grievances.

Bridging the Gap: Having worked as an HR professional, Dennis bridges the gap between employers and
employees. His firsthand encounters with staffing issues uniquely equip him to support our clients and tailor
